Mural in Progress
The Meaning of our Mural-
The topic of our mural as a group is that " Bullying is like a puppet show on the internet. " Meaning that whenever your being bullied online you're just a motionless and hurt puppet being used and treated unfairly on the web, which a lot of people call cyber bullying. Our message to people is that you shouldn't just let bullies bully you and make you feel like nothing.
Making our Mural-
Making our mural with paint, paintbrushes, and a big piece of wood was harder than we thought it would be. The wood was all lumpy and hallow, and the paint dripped onto the mural on accident, and we were arguing a lot, but whenever we were close to finishing our problems became solutions and we started cooperating better. What we can improve on is not coloring the outside of of the image and not mixing the colors together whenever it is wet.
Personal Experience and Opinions-
This was my first and biggest mural I've painted as a group with Alex and Aderes. I thought that we weren't as cooperative in the beginning at first because we were arguing over the paint color and where to put it and how neat we were. But towards the end, as we were close to finishing our mural, all the problems got it sorted out and we figured out what we had to do.

The Elements of Art Handmade Book
My book is an envelope book. It's divided into 7 sections, all filled with different topics in and on each envelope. Lines, space, shapes, texture, color, space, and value. In each of the envelopes, There's either just a plain piece of paper with a picture and on the back of that paper there's a fact about the topic or there's either the same thing with extras. I used double-sided tape, ribbon, cardboard, and tooled paper. I added all up and I finished my handmade book.

Finished Mural
Finishing goals
My goals for this mural are to finish the mural and make sure there aren't any errors and to not make any errors at the end whenever we’re almost done with the mural. And, secondly, I want others to know what our murals mean non-verbally and to actually listen to what we’re trying to say.
Collaboration
In my group we contributed with each other by doing different things at the same time and instead of fighting and arguing the whole art period, we were problem-solvers and we didn't spend most of the time arguing about small things. Because before we started the mural we were planning our sketches, we were arguing a lot about who did the most work and who does this next and who does that next and we were blaming it on each other, but now close to finishing our murals, we already know what to do and we’re revising over our work, making sure everything is good, and we don’t argue anymore.
The Elements of Art and the Principles of Design
In our group art mural, In the elements of art, We have used color, in the background and the wooden human. We used texture, for describing the different shades of the wood. We have used space, for the strings and the fingers from the hand and arm. We used value, from the computer and the computer screen. In the principles of design, our group had used balance for the broken heart and tear drop. I feel that our mural is what we had expected for our mural to look like. I think the most successful part of our mural was whenever we were working on the finishing bit of our mural since that was when we started updating what the color of the computer, the arm and everything else should be.
